I ordered this refrigerator for my office. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. The size is perfect for what I needed. I plugged it in and turned it to the coldest setting. I honestly thought it wasn't working because I couldn't hear any sound coming from it. It was working just fine and cooled off quickly. No issues at all with how this refrigerator works. The two markers that come with it need to be "primed" in order to work correctly. Push the tips in a few times and the ink begins to flow, just like a paint pen. The dry erase board is a hit with my co-workers. I am very happy with this product and the delivery of it through Amazon Prime. It is a winner
