Let me first say, the custom service for this product is TOP NOTCH. They are responsive, helpful, quick to reply, and on top of troubleshooting. I truly want to give them 5 stars, but due to issues in shipping, it would be inaccurate. We purchased our fridge about a month ago. It arrived in a timely manner. We followed the instructions, after unboxing, to allow the elements to settle correctly from shipping, standing it upright and not using within the time frame provided within the instructions. Unfortunately, our little fridge couldn’t get to temperature. It just didn’t get cold. We reached out to customer service- Jenny is amazing! She was so helpful and worked through to figure out what the problem could be. We appreciated her help. She then sent us a replacement fridge. It arrived within a two week time frame from there. Our replacement works fabulously. Our four star review kicks in with what happens during the shipping process. It’s unfortunate that such a great company has no control over what happens after the product leaves their hands. Our first fridge arrived with cosmetic dings and dents. That’s fine, we don’t mind that as long as it works. Our replacement fridge arrived with severe denting and we were weary if we were going to be in the same boat as before- but, happily it works so well! Hopefully this process can get worked through?? I’m not entirely sure how that might work though. This is a great product and would recommend if you don’t mind it a little banged up when you receive it.Older folks that want extra items to eat or drink while living in assisted living facilities certainly like these type of refrigerators. The small freezer is just the right size for freezer packs, the frig hold water, soda and items to eat. It even has a small crisper at the bottom. Mom even has her Alexa on top and can talk directly with her daughters anytime and see them from her wheelchair. Perfect for all.It’s great for my college dorm!, wish the freezer was a little bigger but it came very clean and no issues so far and I had to keep it sitting in the box for a week due to a room change. Nothing damaged.Bought this to set up in the garage for Mom's special food. LOVE IT. Tons of space inside, great price, absolutely perfect for what I needed. The freezer part doesn't freeze or keep stuff frozen, but it's perfect for my cold packs for my knees. Would recommend.My dad wanted this to put next to his wheel chair and he says it's perfect.I plugged it in I used the digital temperature sensor like you're supposed to be doing not 6 months after owning this refrigerator plugged in the entire time and it does not overly Frost in the upper compartment I have had nothing but trouble with it this past several weeks it does not keep food colder than 40 degrees and the main refrigerator compartment which is required by food safety standards therefore this refrigerator cannot be marketed or used to store food in any shape or form it may work fine as a beer fridge but I'm having difficulties keeping it below 50° after putting beverages in the refrigerator so you can imagine how difficult it will be to keep your food safe and the freezer compartment stays well below where it should be for a refrigerator of this type. I wonder how many more refrigerators of this nature are listed on Amazon because they are unsafeGot this for my sons gaming room. It's an excellent fridge that looks fantastic!I purchased this for my sons room.He loves it , compact but with lots of room for one person. Nicely tucked away in his closet.It's a win win and my son said it works well.
